When will my order process and ship?
The stock-in order process begins as soon as your
online purchase is completed. Your order will be processed
once your credit card is approved and the shipping
address is verified. Most orders will be processed
within 5 business days after the order is placed (if
placed by noon PM Eastern time). Please note that
business days are Monday - Friday, excluding U.S.
holidays and other previously announced company holidays.
You will receive an e-mail notification when your
order has shipped. Your credit card will be charged
once your purchase is processed.
When will my backorder ship?
In most cases, you can expect delivery within 7 business
days after the item is back in stock. Please note
that business days are Monday - Friday, excluding
U.S. holidays and other previously announced company
holidays
When will my order arrive?
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times
vary according to the location of your shipping address.
For standard ground shipments, delivery times are
generally 3 - 7 business days. See our shipping policy

Will I receive shipment confirmation?
You will receive an e-mail notification when your
order ships, and multiple shipping confirmation e-mails
if items in your order ship at different times. Shipping
notifications also include information on how to track
your order.
Which carriers do you use?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States
Postal Service (USPS) as our primary carriers. USPS
Priority Mail is used for all Military APO/FPO addresses,
Puerto Rico and International countries.
Can I use a different carrier other
than those you list?
We are currently limited to shipping all orders via
UPS or USPS.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
We deliver to P.O. boxes only under very special
circumstances. Most orders require a valid street
address for shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
In addition to shipping to US states and territories,
we also ship to Puerto Rico, Canada and international
countries free of US commercial restrictions (including
Military APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes).
How can I track my order(s)?Do you
ship internationally?
If you provide your email address when placing your
order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation once
your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your
order over the Internet or by phone, you can check
the status online 24 hours after the order was placed.
You will need to provide your order number and the
zip code of your billing address.

Can I change my shipping address after
my order has been placed?
If your order has not already shipped, you can change
the address. Please email or call us at 1-888-SAY-ALOH
(Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm Eastern Time) and we will
be happy to assist you.
Do you ship on weekends?
We do not ship on weekends. All orders are processed
for shipment on business days, Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays.
