How do I place an order?

Orders may be placed via this website, or by phone. Orders placed by phone will required that payment information, including a copy of the credit card used for payment, be faxed to us at 1-888-729-2564.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Network and Paypal.

What is the credit card verification number?

This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. For Visa, MasterCard and Discover Network, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.

Do you have a safe-shopping guarantee?

We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining your privacy and keeping your online order secure. How can I tell if my order was successfully placed?

You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide you with your order number and details, and will include the total value of the merchandise purchased.

How can I check the status of my order online?

If you provide your email address when placing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check the status online 24 hours after the order was placed. You will need to provide your order number and the zip code of your billing address. Click here to track your order.

How can I add items to an order I've already placed?

Once you have completed a placement of your order, you cannot add an item to that order. Please place a new order for any additional items that you would like to purchase.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, you may change your order by replacing items with other items of equal or lesser cost or you may cancel it. Please email or call us at 1-888-SAY-ALOH (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm Eastern Time) and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that we are not able to make changes to your order once your order has processed for shipment.

What does backorder mean and when will my backordered items become available?

Although we make every attempt to have items in stock, occasionally we may list inventory as backordered, indicating that the item is temporarily out of stock. When possible, we will post expected ship dates. If an item becomes permanently out of stock after you have made your purchase, we will notify you by email.

I'm having trouble placing my online order. What should I do?

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Artelatinoh.com is required by law to charge sales tax for orders being shipped to Georgia, based on the sales tax for the county to which the order is being shipped.

Can I save items in my shopping basket for purchase at a later date?

Yes. Items placed in your shopping basket and not purchased immediately will remain there for 30 days. Your saved shopping basket is accessible only via the computer that created it, unless you log into your artelatinoh.com account before adding items to your basket. If you add items to your basket while you are logged into your account, you can access your saved shopping cart by logging back into your account on any computer for 30 days.

In order to add items to my saved shopping basket, do I need to sign in?

If you are using the same computer, you will not have to sign in. However, in order to access a saved basket from a different computer, you will need to log into your artelatinoh.com account before you add items to the basket, and then log back into your account when you return to see your saved items.

Why is my saved shopping basket empty?

After 30 days, items saved in your shopping basket are removed.

Why is the price of an item in my saved shopping basket different from when I selected it?
