If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased,
you may return the item for refund. No questions asked!
To qualify for the refund of the purchase price however,
product(s) must arrive at our warehouse within 21
days of the original date of shipment and in the same
new condition we shipped it - i.e. unopened, unused,
and undamaged merchandise. Please repack the products
carefully for the return trip to avoid damage in transit.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged will
not be accepted for return and will be returned to
the customer at the customer's expense. Artelatinoh.com
will be unable to process any refund/exchange after
the 21 days has expired, without exception, so please
inspect the contents of the package(s) upon delivery
to take advantage of our 21-day refund policy.
Please Note: Given the delicate nature of fine paper,
all flat paper and papercraft kits are final sale.
All original art pieces and clearance items are sold
as-is and are considered final sale.
Original shipping and handling and return postage
charges will not be refunded.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged if returned
within 21 days from the date of shipment. Refunds
will not be issued for defective merchandise.
Please allow 15-20 days to process your refund. Banks
often take one to two billing periods before refunds
appear on your credit card statement. Any refund will
be credited back to the same card used to make the
original purchase.
