Shipping Method
Shipping charges are based on the total value of your
order, the shipping destination and the method of
shipping you select. We use United States Postal Service
(USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary
carriers. USPS Priority Mail is used for all Military
APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico and International countries.

Charges and Delivery Time
Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses
of processing your order, handling and packing the
products you purchase, delivering them to the carrier,
as well as related overhead and other items. Shipping

International Taxes, Custom
Charges and Duty Fees
International shipments (including those to Canada) are often
subject to Customs Charges, Duty Fees and International Taxes,
including Value Added Tax (VAT). Because we have no control
over what a country will charge, it is the receiver's responsibility
to pay all Taxes, Custom Charges and Duty Fees. In some countries
these charges can be anywhere between 10-50% of the price
of the goods that you've purchased. IF YOU REFUSE THE ITEMS
AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY BECAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY THE
TAX, YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR OUR SHIPPING CHARGES, THE
CUSTOM CHARGES AND THE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
Sales Taxes
artelatinoh.com does not charge for sales taxes, except
that all orders shipped within the state of Georgia, will
be charge sales tax charge corresponding to the county of
delivery.
Currency of Sale
All of our prices are in US Dollars and we sell in
US Dollars only. We will bill your credit card in US Dollars.
If applicable, your bank may convert the purchase amount into
your local currency at the current official exchange rate.
Some credit card companies may charge a convenience fee for
this service.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
cards. We also accept Paypal payment option. To be able to
process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered
the correct card number and expiration date, and that the
billing name and address you entered match your credit card
statement exactly.
Pre-Order and Backorder Items
We make every attempt to have all items in stock at all times,
but occasionally, we may list inventory as pre-order or backorder,
indicating that the item is not in stock. When possible, we
will post expected ship dates.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping
address
If you enter an incomplete or incorrect shipping address you
may be charged $12.00 address correction fee, in addition
to applicable additional shipping charges.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation via e-mail within two
hours of placing your order. This confirmation will provide
you with your order number and indicate the total value of
the merchandise purchased.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail notification when your order ships.
You may receive multiple shipping confirmation e-mails if
items in your order ship at different times. For orders with
a delivery inside the United States, the shipping notification
will include information on how to track your order.
Order Processing
The order process begins as soon as your online purchase is
completed. Your purchase will be processed once payment has
been received. Most orders will be processed within 5 business
days after the order is placed.
Order Tracking
For orders with delivery inside the United States, an "order
tracking link" and tracking number will be included in
your shipping confirmation e-mail so that you may track the
status of your order at any time. We do not supply tracking
information for international destinations.
Risk of Loss
Delivery terms for all orders placed at artelatinoh.com are
Freight On Board (FOB). from our place of shipment. We guaranteed
packages are handled to the shipping carrier. From there,
however, we are not able to take responsibility for the delivery
or damage of the shipment to you.
